Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. One of the only pastels done on our 2011 Ireland trip. Sketched at Kilmore Quay, on our third warm-up day before the Art in the Open festival began the following day in Enniscorthy, just northwest of Wexford.
About Donald Maier
Donald Maier graduated from the Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts, in Newark, New Jersey in 1968. He won several state and local show awards in the early seventies, including 1st place in oils at the Garden State Art Center in 1971, 1st place for Watercolor at the Red Bank Festival of Arts in 1972 and an Honorable Mention in the Emerging Artists exhibit at Rutgers University in 1973. He had numerous one-man shows in both New Jersey, California and Georgia and has exhibited in many fine galleries in California, Scottsdale, Arizona, Santa Fe, New Mexico and Georgia.
