The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
This is a reproduction I did after Marion Peck' surrealist painting Kittens. It was displayed in the book "Pop Surrealism: The Rise of Underground Art". I did change mine some by adding the two contrasting colors of the cats and their eyes being different tones, as well, which match their backdrops.
About Katie Victoria Tolley
My full name is Katie Victoria Tolley, I am from Sevierville, TN. I started painting when I was 6-8 years old. I can't remember exactly, but my great-grandmother gave me an old art set that was once hers. Both of my great-grandmothers, on my mother's side of the family had been artists/painters. I remember visiting my great grandmother Greer and her house always smelled of oil paint and turpentine. Now its my house that smells. Also when I was younger I became obsessed with horror movies. My dad always watched them and I hid behind the couch trying to watch them. I watched a lot of the Vincent Price movies since my parents were so strict I couldn't watch the real one's until I was 17.
