About Greeting Cards
 

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 110 lb. paper stock.

 

Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish.

 

The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with a text message up to 500 characters in length.

 

The artist's name and the name of the image is printed on the back of each card along with the Fine Art America logo.

 

Cards can be ordered in a horizontal or vertical configuration.

 

Cards can be ordered with a white background or black background.

 

All greeting cards ship within one business day of the order date!

 

Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing and gift giving.

This is a HDR image of several shrimp boats docked in Manchac, Louisiana. Feel free to email with question/comments. Thank you for looking. The earliest boats used for shrimping in Louisiana were built on the lines of traditional Mediterranean fishing vessels. Referred to as canots, these sailing boats were fitted with a centerboard, or hinged keel, and could operate in shallow waters. Boats commonly used today for shrimping the inland waters of the coast evolved from these early lugger-style boats. The term lugger comes from the boat's original sailing rig that consisted of a single large lugsail. The modern day lugger commonly seen along the bayous, lakes and bays of Louisiana is a flat-bottomed, shallow draft vessel, which varies...
