About Greeting Cards
 

Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 110 lb. paper stock.

 

Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish.

 

The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with a text message up to 500 characters in length.

 

The artist's name and the name of the image is printed on the back of each card along with the Fine Art America logo.

 

Cards can be ordered in a horizontal or vertical configuration.

 

Cards can be ordered with a white background or black background.

 

All greeting cards ship within one business day of the order date!

 

Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing and gift giving.

Lincoln Leaving a Building by Ray Downing

We recommend that all our images be printed on Luster photo paper to get the best colors and depth. "New" portrait of Abraham Lincoln taken 150 years after his assassination. Using state of the art computer graphics technology, information about Lincoln's face was taken from his life masks and historical photographs to create new portraits. This image is part of a collection created by New York computer graphics artist Ray Downing.

Ray Downing

Ray Downing is an Emmy winning 3D digital artist. In 2010 he created the Virtual Abraham Lincoln, which was featured in the History Channel special "Stealing Lincoln's Body". The following year he created a Virtual Jesus using the 3D information found in the Shroud of Turin. The Virtual Jesus appeared in another History Channel special entitled "The Real Face of Jesus?" which was nominated for several international non-fiction awards and has been aired around the world.
