NOTE: FINE ART AMERICA WATERMARK WILL NOT APPEAR ON PURCHASED IMAGE.
My heart goes out to this big guy who was actually contemplating a raid into the dumpsters at the time this image was taken. Same bear as in "Here Comes Trouble" and "The Bear Went Over The Mountain."
This is a compilation of my own image, the bear, taken at Blue Knob Mountain in Claysburg, Pennsylvania on June 10, 2011 with the Nikon D300 and the 150-500mm OS Sigma lens at 300mm focal distance, and the very beautiful background texture from Solstock. All combined and tinkered with in Photoshop CS4.

Welcome to Lois Bryan Photography and Digital Art. I'm a photographer / photography-based digital artist living in the mid-Atlantic region of the US. My images are based on the photographs I capture, mostly with Nikon cameras and lenses. Although my primary goal will always be to catch that perfect shot straight out of the camera, I also enjoy exploring the artistic and creative process as I work with Photoshop and other image editing programs. Still experimenting, still loving every minute behind the camera and still believing in the magic.
