Basically self-taught, I paint in watercolours and acrylics gravitating toward the natural world for my subject matter. I enjoy painting landscapes and still life but find that birds, animals and people, with their winning ways, inspire my work. I have decided to share this page with my muse, my inspiration - my mother, who painted in oils beginning in her 50’s, who found her passion and passed it to me long before she herself passed.
