... A gorgeous sunrise on Jekyll Island
at low tide...
This is Driftwood Beach
right on the edge of the ocean,
the tidal pools draining back
into the sea.
The sky was brilliantly hued in pinks,
orange, reds, and yellows,
reflected into the wet sand
as the tide went out.
Faint sun rays can be seen
etching their white lights
into the deep blue of the sky.
The sun is just about to rise,
the best time to be at the beach
and capture a moment like this.
Take a walk
on this special beach
and capture the sights and images
of the big oak trees
captured by the surf,
wet roots in the salty sea...
