We are luck here in Yarmouth, for a very special man donated a lot of his antique cars and trucks to the town. We are able to visit the trucks and appreciate their beauty and their historical importance to our town. This is the Mack Bulldog. I was curious as to how and why the Mack Truck adopted the Bulldog as its symbol. It seems that when the Mack Trucks were used in World War Two, the British Military or Tommies, coined the phrase, "Send in the Mack Bulldogs!". I found this information on the website linked below. Lovely bit of world history is embedded in this all powerful Bulldog!
