This piece was inspired by Lewis Carroll's "Alice in Wonderland" books. As I had done with a previous piece - This Side of The Looking-Glass - I drew a more mundane version of some of the elements of the story. This piece focuses on the tea party. The March Hare is shown as a stuffed rabbit with mismatched button eyes. The pieces of the tea set are also mismatched, as if a girl collected them from multiple sets. The White Rabbit's pocketwatch and Mad Hatter's hat are present, and the dormouse sits on top of the tea pot.
