The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
View of Bear Mountain in autumn from the south Mesa Trail just after sunrise. In the foreground are red rocks common to this area with sage green lichen. To the left is yucca and behind it is scrub oak turned yellow. Behind them are staghorn sumac in their scarlet full autumn glory. Beyond them is a mesa and beyond it is Bear Peak and the exposed red rock formations that this area is noted for. This scene is typical for the Boulder foothills openspace parks and hiking trails. Simply beautiful.

The thing I love most about being a landscape/beauty of nature photographer is that it puts me in a frame of mind where I am always looking for beauty to share with others. I also love that the work gets me out in beautiful natural environments, a bit more than I might otherwise.
