Karen Cattel is a special artist and her whimsical art looks great on the two sturdy totes I purchased. One is a gift for a friend and the other is for me. I love them.

I so appreciate being able to have this old-fashioned outdoor dinner scene on a tote bag. It is adorable. Thank you for making it available.

I noted that the color came out differently on this size of bag, it is distinctly more purple. I happen to love that color also--the larger size has perfect color, exactly like the photo. I love both of my bags.

As a designer, I try to find the little twist that sparks a connection, a wave of delight. When not otherwise occupied with developing brands, logos, packaging and trade show displays, I travel with my artist husband in search of inspiration. Many of the photos are from my home state of Wisconsin and from Spain and Peru. Wherever we go, the camera is in my hand, capturing the little things that inspire awe or make me smile. And because I love to tinker, I often play in Photoshop to create unique results. You're attuned to the soul of the flower, Mary, All of your art that features flowers delight our senses effortlessly. OK, almost effortlessly-- I know it looks effortless to the viewer, but the process employs the skill and concentration of the artist's eye (see your info on the HDR process.) Oh, and your non-botanical art is great too-- I'm going to look at that Salzburg doll next (intriguing!)
Mary Machare replied:
Thank you so much for your kind comments, Olaf.
