Frederic Vigne was born in 1971 in Provence, France. After studying law and international relations, he served in the French Air Force for 7 years as an administrative and law officer. A storyteller at heart, he is now fulfilling his dream as a full-time writer and photographer. Frederic divides his time between his village in the Pyrenees Mountains of southern France and his adopted home in Ohio, USA.
