Mu Cephei, a variable star, and IC1396 nebula region. Mu Cephei is the red supergiant of the constellation Cepheus with a magnitude of 3.4 at maximum brightness. IC1396 is a large nebula region located just south of Mu Cephei and containing the Elephant Trunk Nebula. 135mm lens July 4, 1997.
