SOLD and completed in 1992. I created this in color pencil. I was into punk and retro music in the early 90's. I wanted to be an illustrator originally. My Dad gave me this really cool book called "The New Illustration" by Society of Illustrators in 1984. I drew in color pencil for like 10 years. That was my main medium back then. My work was funky and loud. I still use bright colors in my acrylic paintings, and I pretty much carried over this style into my paintings, just a whole new world for me now and am inspired maintly by nature, animals, music and the green movement. Commissions, prints, stretched canvas prints and fine art cards are available. Watermark does not appear on final print.
Genevieve Esson has a B.A. in Painting from Webster University, an award winning artist, her work is collected regionally and internationally. Esson is a painter and multi media artist. She has completed over 25 Public Art Projects. Her main medium is acrylics. She participates and exhibits her artwork at fairs, festivals, gallery shows, coffee houses, hospitals, restaurants and LIVE art events. She has an extensive working artist history.
