A small herd of bison on the meadows close to the North Rim entrance to the Grand canyon National Park in northern Arizona. One of the Bison had just finished having a dust bath which helped create more atmosphere in this back-lit image.
First signs of an artistic calling appeared during family holidays on the North Norfolk coast in the 1970ís. This took off photographically after a summer holiday to the Costa Brava when I sold my first picture of the little fishing port of Port de la Selva to Catalan Villas.
In the mid 1980ís I went on to study Photography, Film & Television at Plymouth College of Art and Design which introduced me to the wonderful world of animation. This new direction had initially been inspired through work experience at the Walt Disney Studios in Sydney while on a round the world trip.
