One of the few items of the 1989 UM BBall Championship that I've seen. Very nice

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

Great experience on this purchase. We saw this art at an art show in Tampa and then purchased through fineartAmerica website. Love it!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
It all began on April 17, 1968, when colorful and controversial owner Charles O Finley's Athletics played their first home game in the Bay Area. Since then, the Oakland Coliseum has provided a stage for nine division champions, six AL pennant winners and four World Champions. Reggie Jackson, Catfish Hunter, Rollie Fingers, Rickey Henderson and Dennis Eckersley are just a few of the outstanding players who have called the Coliseum home. Here, it's the summer of 1993, the A's and Rangers tangling under sensational sunshine, and A's catcher Terry Steinbach is ready to take a rip!

Buyer beware--the quality of this artwork is not good compared to the original work. I have two of the ballpark prints that were originally distributed by Bill Goff Inc.; this artwork was part of that line originally. The piece that I ordered here looks like a scan of a smaller sample artwork; the image is blurry and does not show nearly the detail as the original lithographs of other artwork from the same collection shows. Sadly, this is the only place online I have been able to find this piece, even in poor reproduction, so there's not really much that can be done. But if you buy this work, don't expect to get a good reproduction of the original painting, especially if you already own a litho of one of the other paintings in the original product line.It is a wonder that the artist would allow his name to be used on this listing, as the poor quality reproduction makes his work look bad and his skills questionable. Also, despite this site calling itself Fine Art America, it is not so, in any sense of any of those words. My purchase's price was not accurately represented in the listing--it is showing Canadian dollars, not US--and included a "foreign transaction fee" from my credit card issuer on the transaction. So don't expect anything "fine" about what you get if you order from this website.
