This image is part of a series in which I experimented with creating layers of colors and bubbles by mixing Mazola corn oil and water tinted with food dye. The use of glasses and jars of a variety of shapes, inclusion of reflections and/or other objects also contributed to the abstract images photographed up close. In this image the yellow color and text are from the Mazola oil bottle standing behind the container in which I mixed oil and water.
Artist's recommendation: Get this as a METAL PRINT for maximum effectiveness.

For the most part I do collage work and photography, but also enjoy pen and marker drawing, some occasional painting as well as more three dimensional work such as making baskets, dolls, and other objects. As you will see if you wander through my galleries, I have a very wide range of interests.
