This is what remains of an old cotton gin found at Magnolia plantation in Louisiana. The barn was locked so picture was taken through the barn wall slats. How I would have loved to have gotten on the inside of this old structure.

Hello all, thanks for visiting my galleries and images on FAA. I am relatively new to the world of cameras and photography. I have always been interested in photography but a career as a nurse anesthetist occupied most of my time. After purchasing a Minolta Dimage 7 in 2002, I began shooting macros of the flowers in my yard. I loved the instant feedback digital offered and found myself wanting to learn as much as possible about photography. After graduating to a Nikon DSLR, I have experimented with various types of subject matters to photograph. If forced to choose, my favorite would still be Macro photography.
