Nice! Congrats on your sale!!

Congratulations on your sale.

Congratulations on your sale, Larry! When I saw this one the recent sales page, my first thought was, "Looks like Oklahoma to me". I am from Oklahoma. As many derricks as are in the photo, this could be around Oklahoma City. It is hard to say at this point in time. I like this very much.

Artist's Description

This photograph was taken by my father, Darrel Keahey some 50 plus years ago. As to location in Oklahoma where this photograph was taken, I don't know.

About Larry Keahey

Larry Keahey

My love for photography began when I was very young; as the photo shows me reaching for dad's new Leica camera. My 1st camera a Kodak, was given to me by my father back before grade school. The camera even had film in it. The only thing I remember about this camera was that you viewed through the top. Dad was a professional photographer most of his life. So you might say that I have inherited my father's eye to see the beauty of this world. I want to dedicate this page to my best friend, who is also my wonderful wife, Phyllis. She's been my camera crew for over 40 years and counting. Please enjoy the pictures and your comments are very welcome. Comments are how all of us on FAA know if what we offer as art is enjoyed by others....
