Original Old Fashioned Kitchen is the black and white lithograph that I used for a number of lithographic proofs and hand colored versions. The drawing is elegant and I think the light effect is especially effective in all of the versions of this scene.

I married a mountain man and when he was young the extended family got together to harvest crops and make various necessities. I have enjoyed my association with these pleasant, hard-working mountain folk and this lithograph is a tribute to their ancestors.
