Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A big thank you for your talent & putting out there to buy your beautiful map!!!

Artist's Description
Place du Tertre in Paris is where many painters lived and work in the early 1900. Picasso was one these painters and many more great artist enjoyed this quaint section of Paris. The Basilica of the Sacred Coeur is right around the corner and if you go on its Parvis you can see all of Paris.
We went there on occasion with my sister, we would go by subway it was too far to
walk from where we lived., and it was fascinating to watch the painters at work even when people looked on, and there was a lot of lookers, mostly tourist. Sometime someone would buy a painting and it made you feel good, I thought they where great artist who deserved to be rewarded. Afterward we would walk to the Basilica and feed the pigeons, I would have like to take all of them back home with us, my sister did not think it was good ide
About Colette Raker
. I Was born in Montreuil/Sous/Bois, a suburb of Paris France in 1938 just before WWII. In 1945 on my 7th birthday I decided that when I grow up I would go to America. I did in 1960 and lived in New York with my husband Charlie Raker who encouraged me always to do what I liked. All my life I would be drawing or painting, but since I had no formal art education, my style was "Naive". I would tell stories on canvas. We moved permanently to Florida in 1964. Over the next few years I took up interior design and had an antique shop in Fort Lauderdale, but even so I would always go back to drawing and painting. In 1974 Mr. Artel a French art dealer from Las Olas Blvd. in Ft. Lauderdale saw my paintings and ask if I wanted to exhibit them in...
