This is a Vought XF4U-4 - Corsair - A plane that folds up for easy storage. But this piece is of course the most important, it's the engine, without it, it can't fly, or at least not that well. Built in 1944 it served the military well for many years. Personally I think it just kind of looks cool, a retro industrial look with blue and silver colors. It would look just great in some man cave somewhere, or a pilot's lounge.
