I recently purchased a book on fold forming and started making some items like leaf and flowers and will continue to make beautiful copper works of art. Fold forming is a labor intensive art form; it takes a lot of time to create these pieces and an artistic eye This pendant is made in the likeness of the iris flower and is a very complex shape to make. I have two hobbies, photography & jewelry. I like taking pictures of my jewelry & landscapes, for a time my wife and I did jewelry shows. This allowed us to camp at the beach which we just love and allowed time for the pictures of the mountains and seascapes. Itís no wonder why Iím Inspired by Mother Nature, from her shapes, forms and colors. I take each gemstone, ocean wave or mountain color and beauty and weave it into my gold or silver works of art. From Mother Nature I am able to bring to life the colors, textures and shapes of my custom design pieces.
