Pooka Hill is the contemporary Newfoundland version of the story of the mischievous Irish fairytale character, the Pooka, who can transform himself into many different animals. Here, a flock of Canada geese rescues a stranded Newfoundlander swirling in space.
Born in Aachen, Germany, I grew up in Ontario, Canada, where I still live with my husband (the love of my life) and family, from which comes the inspiration for much of my work.

My fascination with capturing a flash of movement in a motionless art form is evident in my sports paintings and energetic portraits.
