This was based off of a painting of a boy called Painting of a Young Gentleman, of which there are thousands (I don't know the artist and can't seem to find the image of the boy I based it off of). I thought he was kind of creepy looking and started to look in a daze when I started to paint him, thus the craziness that is leaking out of the corner of his head. People have said it reminds them of Edgar Alan Poe... which I'm okay with that. This is one of my favorites.
