Projection - Body - Car Fire #2:
A photograph from my collection of projections, where I projected images of a car, exploding in flames when it was set on fire, onto the body which created these thought provoking images. I am portraying the stereotype of the hooded character as the person who committed the crime.
I was born in 1987 in Northern Ireland, where I live and work. I am currently undertaking a degree in Fine Art at the University of Ulster, Belfast. I create artworks through an expansive range of media such as painting, drawing, digital, mixed media and, most recently, photography. In my artwork, I use strong visual effects and dramatic lighting to attract the viewer’s attention. I am also interested in conveying activities, telling stories, asking questions and expressing ideas within the work.
