My husband and I had a lovely trip to Paris and southern France last July. While on a bus trip we were able to take a photo of this cafe that we share a name with. Our photo was a little blurry and not good for enlargement. Your wonderful photo now hangs in our own kitchen as a nice reminder of that trip. It is beautiful and of very good quality. We love it. About Ian Monk
Hi I’m Ian Monk, Hey, just between you and me, I’ll let you into a little secret, for my mid life crisis I chose to embark on a passionate affair with my photography. It started off innocently enough a proper camera from my wife for my 50th birthday, but over the past 7 years it’s been a real roller coaster ride. Firstly I gave up my day job to go back to school; 1st class honors degree in Photography, then I caught a couple of International Awards; hours section winner UPOTY in 2009,2013 and finally, to my wife’s horror, made an exhibition of myself in public; 2012 Group Exhibition ‘ Remain in Light ‘ London and 2013 Solo Exhibition ‘ Visions of Glastonbury ‘ Newcastle. Which hopefully demonstrates that I at least know one end...
