Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

I fell in love with this photo the day that Jan posted it. The cards are beautiful, frame able for a small space. I like that they have plenty of room for writing or doodling inside.

I froze my fingers late one autumn night getting the photo on which this is based! In Anchorage, the summer nights are too light for the reflections, and early in the fall, we have snow, which ruins them too. So there was a short window to get the image.
I am attracted to dry pastels because I find working with them so physical -- I can push the powder around with my fingers to blend it, and I feel it marry itself to the page. I don’t like to have anything, such as a brush. between my skin and the texture of the chalk and paper. I have been doing art for over 30 years, painting with acrylics, making and casting Japanese paper, yet pastels remain my favorite medium, so I have concentrated on pastel art since 2010. I was raised in New York City and as a child I visited a different museum every Saturday, often studying for a long time one picture or a sculpture or piece of furniture, trying to understand it and how the artist made it.
