Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

The once happy pink chair almost mocks the spirits of those who suffered in this room. Very evocative image. VF

Thank you Charlie for your wonderfully descriptive and insightful comment. Not surprising, I find that there are images, feelings, and even memories of smells and some trepidation that stay with me from each place after a visit. The almost absolute silence in these places are somehow comforting in a strange way.

Wonderful detail, color, and light! The contrast between the blue sky outside, and the complex greys in the room are perfect. The chair really completes this. v/f
