This is an outstanding piece of work. The aura of Powell River with its resident fishing boats is portrayed beautifully. The vessel “Shirley” is very thought provoking to me personally.

About Dawn Boyer
Dawn D. Boyer, Ph.D. achieved her Bachelor of Fine Art from Radford University (Radford, VA), in 1985. Since then she has been active in her artwork more as a hobby than as a primary source of income. As of 2014, a year after she achieved her Ph.D. in education, she has expanded her life to include more artwork and fine art activities and is enjoying getting her hands 'wet' in glue, paint, shredded paper, and other delightful mixed media tools and processes as she fulfills her life dream of selling her artistic endeavors to the public.
