Sandcastle metal print by Lisa Knechtel. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).
All metal prints ship within 3 - 4 business days and arrive "ready to hang" with mounting hooks and nails.
Metal prints are extremely durable. They're lightweight. They won't bend, and they're water resistant.

I love this metal print. The picture is crisp and colors are clear. We live in the Detroit area and my husband used to sell vegetables at Ester Market when he was in college.

The nice thing about building a castle on a lake is that the surf never washes it away.
Artist's Commentary:
Each summer since I was a child we went to Penticton to visit my dear Grandma and Grandpa. Grandfather passed away at 99 years old in (I think) 2003 Grandmother passed away at 99 10 years later in 2013. I'm not sure if there will be more visits now that the reason is gone.
Familiarity is a funny thing. The sand in Penticton is the way sand should be. The water the temperature water should be - well you get the idea. The beach there feels warmly comforting and familiar. This picture warms my soul and stirs my mind with happy memories. I hope it does the same for you.
