Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.

The sculpture was done by Emanuelle De Reggi, an internationally known artist.

I feel that there is a strong contrast between the angst on the face of the figure and the beauty in the garden.

Thanks for all the kind and delightful comments. I need to add that the inset on left is a cut-out from a card which was sent to me from the Peninsula Fine Arts Ctr. in Newport News, VA, USA. The sculpture was done by Emanuele De Reggi. He made a stop at the Peninsula Fine Arts Ctr. and some of his large and smaller works were displayed there. I must give credit where credit is due.
