I realized that it had been forever since I'd done a good, old-fashioned, insanely detailed graphite drawing (what can I say, drawing on a Bamboo is addictive) and I found this picture and couldn't pass up the chance to recreate it. I can't remember a time when I didn't like to draw. I remember watching Disney movies in awe and wonder when I was told that someone drew all of those dancing characters. For years now, my sketchbook has been my trademark.
In seventh grade, I fell in love with writing, and found that drawing was an integral part in telling my story. That year, I wrote a seventy-five page fairy tale for an assignment, and through my sketches and drawings that were part of the assignment, I discovered my characters.
