In 1946 the great Red Sox ball player, Ted Williams hit a 502 foot home run in Fenway Park. Williams� home run is the longest home run ever hit in Fenway. The seat marking the distance was painted red commemorating the feat. The seat is in Section 42, Row 37, Seat 21.
