The stories this plane could tell, I was very fortunate, I visited this plane at the Weld County Airport, after the tours were over. Everyone had gone home, and the airport personnel allowed me out on the tarmac to photograph the plane, it's the only photos I have of any World War II planes, were there weren't hundreds of people in the photo. It was just me, and the plane. It was a very special evening for me.
