One of the few items of the 1989 UM BBall Championship that I've seen. Very nice

This is one of three pieces that I am adding to my collection. Once I have received the other two pieces I will be happy to provide a photograph of the display. The quality of the art piece is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase even more pieces!

We were disappointed that the name of the artist is cut off and not showing in full. We feel the name of the artist is an important part of it and would love to have it rectified

We live in the desert so the Palm theme resonates. The color scheme is brilliant and perfect. We would like to see more from this artist. Where do we look?
Artist's Description
On September 11, 2001, St. Paul's Chapel stood only yards from the falling World Trade Center buildings, yet suffered no damage; only dust and ashes, inside and out.
Saint Paul's Chapel provided a respite from the storm for eight months. The love that was within her walls was matched by the love that surrounded her...hanging on the fence that surrounds the church grounds.
Within the chapel walls, the rescue workers were provided a place to be replenished, physically and spiritually.
Outside, her fence provided a place to hang our hearts. We said our good-byes, searched for loved ones and expressed our love for those who died that day and our love for those who labored tirelessly in the days after we were attacked.
The world grieved with us and sent messages and expressions of love.
This piece was painted from five photos that I took in March 2002. Computer research filled in the balance of the space. A magnifying glass was used about as often as paint brushes.

About Rhonda Leonard
I live in the thriving Upstate of South Carolina. There are mountains one hour to the north and beaches four hours to the east. We enjoy all four seasons with all their splendor. My favorite subject is a giraffe named Annabelle. She lived on the plains of Africa until my love of giraffes and vivid colors brought her to the United States. From home base in the Upstate of South Carolina, she is...
