This is a thought I wanted to get across by both the painting and a poem: The Poem reads as follows: She Died to learn how to say no and feel guilty - She died to learn how to feel her soul and cultivate her dreams - She died to to make way for the rebirth of know her worth in God's Eye's - She Died to become the teacher that nurtures the soul and the leader that leads with conviction - She died to - She died to take a stand among all the other Black Queens that have came before her - She died to move out of her own way and awaken Strong Beautifu Black Women Within
