About the Image

Slave Cabin by DJ Florek

Fairfax County near Alexandria Virginia USA. Mount Vernon was the plantation home of the first President of the United States, George Washington. As many as a dozen people were forced to share a space smaller than the average modern day garage, with little heat, light or comfort. Canon EOS 50D f/6.3 ISO-100 19mm
