Love the painting and the rich colorful blues, reds, greens, & yellows! A nice addition to our cowboy/southwest decor vibe.

Beautifully expressed rendition of the Shrine of the Bab. The frame and matting showcase the print. We have it prominently on our living room wall with other sacred pictures.

I think the frame and mat work very well with this, it is really impressive in person. Grouped with a small Grant Wood with high quality lighting it sets the mood for a Georgia farmhouse.
Artist's Description
I am living my dream so its a true dream when I can transcend a dream into a painting. As the bear cub sits high on tree stump, the snow gracefully falls while the baby Native American Indian is shielded. The baby is free and protected by the courageous spirit of the cub to dream on.
About Gregory Perillo
Gregory Perillo is one of todays most respected and renowned American Western artists. His powerfully dramatic, emotional depictions of Native Americans and early settlers, as well as Western landscapes and wildlife, have made him one of Americas leading painters and sculptors. From the heart of a good man...through the brush...to the viewer. No ambiguity here! The day that this type of simple imagery becomes too simplistic, clichd or pass' (high-art terminology) to do what good art should do...that will be the day that tells us more about those who love and collect true art, than those who paint it. You have lived your dream, Greg, and a fine one at that. And enriched those of us who have "eyes that see". Good job...don't get better than that! On to the next one!
