Absolutely loved my print. The depth and details are spectacular and the quality of the print is fantastic. I framed this in a white frame and didn't have the exact size handy so kept the lower space intentionally open. I love how it came out.

I bought this for a friend who lived in France for many years. Now that she is back in the states she misses France her favorite country. When I spoke with her on the phone she absolutely loved it. It showed all the places she lived or visited. She loved that it had an antique flair. She is getting it framed when she can. This my gift for her to bring up her spirits. She has stage 4 cancer. We live in 2 different cities & are comrades & would do anything for each other. When I saw it in the website I knew I had to buy it. Great work. A Snowy Owl (Bubo scandiacus), bathed in sunset light - hops onto a piece of driftwood at Boundary Bay, British Columbia, Canada. This Snowy Owl was part of a relatively rare irruption in 2012 and are not normally found here in large numbers.

Great shot. Such a beautiful bird. We had quite a few along the coast in WA one winter when the came down from BC. Apparently they were not finding enough food in CA because of their large number that year.

Thanks - glad you like this one! In 2012 we had a large irruption of Snowy Owls - which is probably the year you remember. The reasons for the migration isn't generally to find food, but a variety of other factors such as an abundance of food during the summer breeding season.
