South Western USA Art with a Canadian Moose Skull is a stil life I set up photographed and reinvented through a digital manipulation choice that involved several choices to add vignette, underpaint, beautify and outline it nicely to appear in a visceral, primitive graphic that has strong color, composition and lighting, choice of camera and mode to set it on (this was a Canon Underwater Camera D20. I consider this culmination of tools, props, tools and processes to be know as my particular style and I feel it is so relevant and expressive of our time in History.

I am a graduate of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design. I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in Painting and a minor in Art History. In addition I have an Art Education degree and am employed as a full time Art Specialist at a local Halifax high school.
After 15 years I have recently retired from my part time employment through the Department of Continuing Studies at my alma mater (NSCAD-Nova Scotia College of Art and Design.)
I travel as frequently as possible internationally indulging in my love of photography. Many of my travels have resulted in images you will find throughout my porfolio of work.
