The photograph used for this "digital painting" was taken at the Cloisters museum in New York City. The Cloisters, at the northern tip of Manhattan, is affiliated with the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The buildings which form the Cloisters were medieval structures from various parts of Europe which were brought in pieces and reassembled here to form the museum complex.
