This a painting of the old Chateau Restaurant on School Street in Waltham, Massachusetts where everyone in the town went to catch a bite to eat and share a beer with a friend. Most of the locals learned about Italian Food and Pizza eating at the renown Chateau Restaurant. It was and will always be a great place for a first date.
The girl who paints Waltham, Massachusetts. Rita Brown is the artist known for painting magical memories of her hometown aka "The Girl Who Paints Waltham". This wonderful collection of Waltham paintings was launched in 2007 and expands every year. This includes the beautiful old architecture of the Waltham churches, schools, city hall, museums, police and fire centers, shops, cemeteries and the famous Charles River. Of course, the Moody Street bridge and some of the landscape where the Muddy Charles runs through.
