This is an Acrylic on Canvas painting I did in 1999. I used squares, rectangles, triangles and other shapes to show the life in the village, middle class homes, Nairobi City and Mount Kenya with a sun in the background.

There is also a pastoral Family with man and woman, it also has a nuclear family unit with Dad, Mum, Boy, one cow and one goat. One more thing, Grandma's little hut is also in.

It took me two weeks working 5 hours a day to finish the painting. The original is very special. I wonder if I will ever get the time and patience to work on a piece this intricate ever again. I also have pieces of the same painting broken into various artworks within my Fine Art America Gallery.

This Painting is Framed and hanging on my wall at home. Still wondering whether I should or shouldn't sell the Original. But who knows!
