Study in Black II is the second progression of this new technique of India ink and watercolor. The background is solid black and the gives the main subject a very interesting effect. Subject is of lilies in full bloom, high lighted in different shades of mauve and lavender. The original water color is painted on rough India paper, that is very textured. Double matted on museum grade mats.
