About Pete Chadwell
I've been drawing and painting since childhood and for the past 23 years I have made a living as a commercial artist. I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle in 1992, when the Internet was yet future, and computers were just beginning to become a very important tool in the commercial art industry. I have transitioned from traditional media like tech pen and airbrush to digital media tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Corel Painter. But more recently I've taken on 3D modeling as a way to create the kind of illustrations I used to enjoyed creating years ago when airbrush was the best tool available. I have a passion for sports cars and road racing and pretty much all things mechanical, and you'll see that passion reflected...
