"The phrase "swan song" is a reference to an ancient belief that the Mute Swan (Cygnus olor) is completely mute during its lifetime until the moment just before it dies, when it sings one beautiful song. “Those who don't believe in magic will never find it.” ~ Roald Dahl  Welcome to Lois Bryan Photography and Digital Art. I'm a photographer / photography-based digital artist living in the mid-Atlantic area of the US. My images are based on the photos I capture, mostly with Nikon cameras and lenses. Although my goal will always be to catch that perfect shot straight out of the camera, I also love exploring the artistic and creative process as I work with Photoshop and other image editing programs. Still experimenting, still loving every minute behind the camera and still believing in the magic.  Be sure to follow my latest photographic and artistic doings and musings on my blog. Loads of juicy insider personal information ... well...
