The artwork is beautiful. I think it would be excellent on a canvas. I have been considering a second order. I am in awe of the artist.

I have not received the sandhill crane framed print yet/ cannot submit a review yet.
The Arroyo which runs through the southern part of the Coachella Valley in California is a natural flood channel. When there are heavy rains, it can become quite flooded--in fact, sometimes making national news! This narrow golf course runs behind the Rancho Mirage Library and was taken at about 3:30 PM, in December, showing how quickly sunlight is lost when it goes behind the Santa Rosa Mountains! The famous Palm Springs Windmills in the distance are located about 15 miles away.
I have been taking pictures since I was young. I love the outdoors and enjoy taking landscape and botanical photos. With my lifelong interest in and study of interior design and architecture, I greatly enjoy taking pictures of buildings, interiors, and art. I have pursued my love of art and creation by making collages with many different themes. I am also interested in the Aboriginal arts of Australia, Pointillism, Dot Art, and watercolors. I have included some of my work in various Collections. I am a retired teacher, play golf, travel, camp, make jewelry, read, paint, make collages, and sew. Thank you for viewing my galleries.

Beautiful scene, Kirsten, great depth, v.

Hello Sandi! Thank you so very much and for the vote too. I looked at a map of the area a little while ago and I think those windmills are about 15 miles away. I was amazed they even showed up, as the desert is so flat, though at that point, I guess the windmills are actually a little higher. Best regards, Kirsten
