This is the third in my series of Brooches. It can be hung vertically or horizontally. This version is based on a digital painting that I formed into these shapes here. Some of the layers have been given a red tone while some have been given a "golden layer". I also added a few gemstones ;). This one is somewhat reminiscent of a flower bud or plant and would have been appropriate for a lady from that time period. I designed this painting to be reminiscent of a brooch that could have been found centuries ago to use as a fastener for men's and women's clothes or as a pin for a lady's hair.
