I had held off purchasing any Super Bowl LVIII collectibles or memorabilia until I found something that I thought was just “awesome”. When I saw this SI Cover, I knew I had to have it. Honestly it’s one of the best photos I’ve ever seen. Along with the captions it captures what Super Bowl LVIII was all about. Your Photog was in the right place at the right time and did a great job of capturing what Chiefs fans all across the country felt at that moment. As you can see I had the perfect place for it, it makes this wall complete and up to date.
Artist's Description
The Greatest Little Lighthouse in Canada by Karen Cook - You have to smile when you hear the nickname for the lighthouse at Gilbert's Cove in Nova Scotia. It is fondly referred to as "The Greatest Little Lighthouse in Canada"! (Their name...not mine). This is a square keeper's house painted white with the lighthouse lantern atop the roof. Whereas most lighthouse keepers lived separately from the light itself, the lighthouse keeper and family lived in this lighthouse for over 50 years. The light was first lit in 1904 and had only two lightkeepers during its time in operation, both members of the same family! The lighthouse is one of only three of this type left in Nova Scotia. The large anchor, to the left of the lighthouse, was donated by Laurence Sweeney of Yarmouth to commemorate members of his family who settled in the area in the 1800s.
Now a historic landmark, this delightful lighthouse houses a gift shop, a tea room and if you are brave (and fit enough) a steep staircas...
